Inspired by Flickeur, but sans the time to really do anything on par with it, I just thought to familiarize myself with the Flashr Flickr API.
The .swf hits Flickr with a search term (in this case "road sign"), and retrieves the first 100 results. Their icons (a 75x75 image), is then imported into the flash and put randomly into a tile. Every so often a random tile grabs another random image from that first result set. [CLOSE]
